After the Scorpion Wars left South Padre Island Texas in ruins, the Town was rebuilt and renamed by Katsin Tech's Tourism Devision. Materialized IRL was The Pyro Isles from Nether Say. An arcade fighting game using low rez photos rather than drawn art. Regarded as a Mortal Kombat rip off, Nether Say actually released 1st.
With IRLs not aging, the games fighters remain at peak performance teaching others Digitsu. A fighting style embracing choppier movements created by The Ninja Breakers and their Queen. Studying their opponents frame by frame, they exploit any weakness.
