After The Fall of The US, this alleged great nation was recolonized into The Ultimatum States of America. From then on, every county would have a vote. Be regulated and protected by the government, or live free and dangerous. Those accepting protection would be covered by The Creative Control Army. Funded by Katsin Tech, The CC Army would protect their territories from threats. Anything from petty human theft to monstrous IRLs invading the city.
